Compound
BPC-157
BPC-157 is supplied by PX1 Research as a lyophilized research-grade synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from gastric juice protein BPC at ≥99% HPLC purity, for laboratory use only.
Overview
BPC-157 is supplied by PX1 Research as a research-grade lyophilized material classified as a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from gastric juice protein BPC. It is characterized for laboratory investigation in tissue-repair and gastrointestinal models, and every vial is traceable to a lot record with analytical data behind it.

Handling and reconstitution
Sealed lyophilized vials are stable in ambient transit and should be held cool, dry and dark on arrival; −20 °C is preferred for long-term storage. A typical working preparation for this vial size is 5 mg + 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL (250 mcg = 10 units). Direct the diluent stream down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the cake, swirl gently rather than shaking, label the vial with concentration and date, and hold reconstituted material at 2–8 °C. Use the peptide calculator to convert milligrams to U-100 units.
Amounts reported in published laboratory literature
| Arm | Amount | Cadence |
|---|---|---|
| Low arm | 200–250 mcg | daily |
| Mid arm | 500 mcg | daily |
| High arm | 500 mcg | twice daily |
