Processing Time: Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after we confirm your payment. Lab-Grade Secure Packaging: Every order is packaged to protect molecular integrity and uphold chain-of-custody standards from our facility to your door. Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number along with the carrier details. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the speed you select (Standard or Expedited).

Address Accuracy: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. PX1 Research LLC is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Lost or Stolen Packages: If the carrier marks a package as "Delivered" but it is missing, please reach out to the carrier directly. If a package is confirmed lost in transit (and was never marked delivered), contact us at sales@PX1Research.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Because research peptides are highly sensitive and depend on strict temperature control and chain-of-custody purity standards: All Sales Are Final: Once a product has left our facility, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. We are unable to verify how a product was stored once it is in the buyer's possession, so it cannot be restocked for other researchers. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged (for example, broken vials) or you received the wrong item, notify us within 72 hours of delivery at sales@PX1Research.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or error. Verified damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no extra cost to the researcher.

Orders can only be cancelled if your request reaches us before the order has been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled. For recurring and subscription orders, please see our Cancellation Policy for full details.

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and exclude any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges. Payment must be confirmed before an order is processed and dispatched. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH/wire transfers, and cryptocurrency through compliant providers.
