Compound

Semaglutide

Semaglutide is supplied by PX1 Research as a lyophilized research-grade GLP-1 receptor agonist at ≥99% HPLC purity, for laboratory use only.

Overview

Semaglutide is supplied by PX1 Research as a research-grade lyophilized material classified as a GLP-1 receptor agonist. It is characterized for laboratory investigation in GLP-1 receptor research, and every vial is traceable to a lot record with analytical data behind it.

Handling and reconstitution

Sealed lyophilized vials are stable in ambient transit and should be held cool, dry and dark on arrival; −20 °C is preferred for long-term storage. A typical working preparation for this vial size is 5 mg + 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL. Direct the diluent stream down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the cake, swirl gently rather than shaking, label the vial with concentration and date, and hold reconstituted material at 2–8 °C. Use the peptide calculator to convert milligrams to U-100 units.

Documentation supplied by PX1 Research

Every PX1 lot ships with HPLC purity, LC-MS identity confirmation, residual solvent, moisture (Karl Fischer), sterility and endotoxin data. Lot records are published at /coa and /endotoxin-reports. Synthesis, purification, lyophilization and vial fill are performed in U.S. facilities — see /manufacturing-process.
