BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a gastric protein. Rodent studies typically report ranges of 10 µg/kg per administration, which most human-equivalent conversions in the literature translate into the 200–500 µg range, commonly split into one or two administrations per day across 2–6 week study windows.
