Practical handling differences

Both arrive lyophilized and shelf-stable. KPV is typically prepared at 10 mg + 2 mL = 5 mg/mL; BPC-157 at 5 mg + 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL (250 mcg = 10 units). Where half-lives differ, the literature's dosing cadence differs accordingly — longer-acting molecules are described weekly, shorter-acting ones daily or split.

KPV shows up primarily in inflammatory-signalling and mucosal research. BPC-157 is used in tissue-repair and gastrointestinal models. They are not interchangeable substitutes; the receptor profile, not the marketing category, determines where each is used.
