Repair & Recovery

KLOW (Research Grade)

KLOW is a four-compound research blend that combines BPC-157, TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment), GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1) and KPV in a single 80mg vial. It is engineered so the four most-studied repair, actin-regulating, extracellular-matrix and anti-inflammatory peptides share one reconstitution rather than four separate vials.

KLOW specifications

Reference data researchers look up before ordering klow. Every lot ships with documentation matching the batch number printed on the vial.

  • Class: multi-compound research blend
  • BPC-157: 50mg — angiogenesis / repair
  • TB-500: 10mg — actin sequestering
  • GHK-Cu: 10mg — collagen / ECM remodelling
  • KPV: 10mg — α-MSH-derived anti-inflammatory fragment
  • Storage: -20°C lyophilized

KLOW purity testing and certificate of analysis

Each klow lot is released only after an independent purity panel. HPLC quantifies purity, LC-MS confirms molecular identity, and the lot-matched certificate is published so the number on your vial matches the report you download.

  • ≥99% HPLC purity specification
  • LC-MS mass confirmation on every batch
  • Endotoxin and sterility panel documentation
  • Lot-matched klow COA published on the certifications page

KLOW reconstitution and BAC water ratios

KLOW ships lyophilized. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol. The ratios below assume a standard U-100 insulin syringe.

  • 80mg blend + 4mL BAC water = 20mg per mL (10 units = 2mg total blend)
  • 80mg blend + 8mL BAC water = 10mg per mL (10 units = 1mg total blend)
  • Reconstitute slowly down the vial wall onto the cake; swirl, never shake
  • Store reconstituted at 2–8°C and use within 28 days

Where to buy klow

PX1 Research synthesizes and fills klow in a US cGMP-compliant facility rather than reselling imported material, so purity documentation traces back to the production lot. Multi-vial pricing steps down at 3, 5 and 10 vials, and subscription intervals are available on the product page.

Frequently asked questions

What peptides are in the KLOW blend?

BPC-157 (50mg), TB-500 Thymosin Beta-4 fragment (10mg), GHK-Cu copper tripeptide-1 (10mg) and KPV (10mg) in a single 80mg lyophilized vial.

How is KLOW different from the Wolverine stack?

Wolverine is a 10mg BPC-157 + TB-500 two-compound repair blend. KLOW is an 80mg four-compound blend that adds GHK-Cu (collagen/ECM) and KPV (anti-inflammatory) to the same repair-and-recovery framework.

Why combine GHK-Cu with BPC-157 and TB-500?

Each compound acts on a distinct repair axis — angiogenesis, actin dynamics, collagen synthesis and inflammatory modulation — so a single reconstitution covers all four pathways in one protocol.

Is a certificate of analysis provided with klow?

Yes. Every klow lot has a published, lot-matched COA showing HPLC purity and LC-MS identity confirmation.

How should klow be stored?

Store the lyophilized vial at -20°C protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep it refrigerated at 2–8°C.
